CNIM Systèmes Industriels is an expert in the industrialization and manufacture of large-scale, high added-value equipment for cutting-edge industries. It offers subcontracting services including large-scale machining (milling, turning, boring), electron beam welding and clean room integration.
In addition to this know-how, CNIM Systèmes Industriels also offers large-scale metrology services, achieving accuracy of a few microns for parts several metres long, as well as special processes such as large-scale flow-turning or the shaping of high-performance composites and polyurethane.

Cleaning at the particulate level, assembling in ultra-cleanliness, washing large parts, mass-manufacturing and integrating... all this know-how is key in CNIM Industrial Systems' subcontracting offer. Our clean and gray rooms cover an area of more than 2,800 sqm and are ISO 5 to ISO 8 certified.
Large dimension metrology
CNIM Systèmes Industriels' challenge is to guarantee perfect manufacturing of large parts. In industrial subcontracting as well as for our own products, our highly qualified teams (up to COFFMET 3) ensure very demanding quality controls and reach unique levels of precision thanks to the latest generation three-dimensional measuring machines.

Thanks to its 230m3 welding enclosure and more than 30 years of expertise in the field, CNIM Industrial Systems offers subcontracting electron beam welding of large parts intended for cutting-edge sectors.
